To maintain this position, it is essential that P&O Ferrymasters’ sub-contractors continue to deliver a service which meets, and exceeds our customers’ expectations and reflects the public’s perceptions of the P&O brand.
The drivers of our sub-contracted hauliers are therefore seen as a key representative of our company and as such, the driver’s standards of professional competence, courtesy and personal appearance directly influence our customers’ perception of P&O Ferrymasters.
To ensure our sub-contractors operate to the highest levels of best industry practice it is imperative that they comply with not only these P&O Ferrymasters’ instructions, but also with those of our customers for whom we carry.
Sub-contract hauliers, freight forwarders and transhipment points shall ensure that they communicate these instructions to their employees or other companies, working on our behalf.
