So what's this job all about?
As Sales Manager Eastern Europe you are responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities (new logo’s) for the P&O Ferrymasters asset infrastructure in the Eastern European region, ensuring that revenue opportunities are maximised at all times.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and monitor leads and flag with the relevant stakeholders; 
  • Build a strong a deliverable pipeline that will deliver the expected revenues meeting the company’s budget expectations;
  • Where necessary undertake lead generation to ensure a good level of leads are maintained;
  • Responsibility to maximise new revenues, and sales volumes with current and existing customer base;
  • Use the Lead to Contract process and work with all stakeholders to successfully deliver high profitable business in line with the company’s approved strategic plan;
  • Drive successful closure of business opportunities and completion of contracts.

Who are you

As Sales Manager you are a self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills. Responsibility, independence and ownership are competences that suit you.

So you:

  • Are educated to a minimum of Bachelor level or equivalent (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration);
  • Have 3 years experience in a senior Sales position in the logistics industry;
  • Are able to communicate in English fluently, other Eastern European languages are preferred;
  • Are able to act independently and manage complexity with high stress resistance;
  • Are commercial and service-minded.
