Your team

You will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team, which is responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to an internationally dedicated client base. Your team consists of experienced employees and by teaming up with other operational and supportive departments within the organisation; a high service level can be achieved with the shared aim of achieving the very best for our customers.

Your role

As Business Analyst you will be responsible for the constant development and care for the KPI dashboard creation and maintenance towards Contract Logistics clients.

You will also be responsible for preparing technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats;
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications;
  • Improve current working methods and systems by studying current practices, designing and implement modifications;
  • Recommend business specific controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures;
  • Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market and operational research to support strategic and business planning within Contract Logistics contracts;
  • Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making;
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports;
  • Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes;
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement;
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.

Who you are

As Business Analyst you have significant experience in software design and maintenance, you are a critical thinker and possess excellent communication and influencing skills. 

So you:

  • Have a completed Bachelor degree;
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience as Business Analyst;
  • Are extremely organized with strong time-management skills;
  • Have an analytical approach;
  • Have an eye for detail;
  • Have good command of Dutch and English language;
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
