Standards for partners

To achieve the best results for our customers, our partners must adopt the highest standards across three key areas.

Partner management process

We complete a stringent approval process before adding companies to our approved partner list. From security checks to verify reputable operators to insurance assessments to confirm they have the right level of cover for our clients. That’s bolstered by audits for designated hauliers or those transporting hazardous goods.

Crucially, we monitor partners’ performance to ensure they continue to maintain the same high standards.

Information for hauliers

Whether it’s health and safety, office contact details or the latest updates, we provide a wealth of information for our partners. Take a look at our Carrier Information page to find out more.

Partner conditions & instructions

Our partner hauliers and their drivers are an integral part of our team. To help them work to the highest standards, we provide clear instructions covering everything from personal protective equipment, vehicle checks, and loading/unloading to security, parking, defensive driving, and fatigue.
These instructions are combined with a stringent set of conditions, which all our partners agree to before working with P&O Ferrymasters.
