Customer Service Representative

Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team, which is responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to an internationally dedicated client base. The main purpose of your role will be responsible for the complete order acceptance and handling of all valuable transport orders from P&O Ferrymasters Zeebrugge relations, with the essential related agreement, communication activities to successfully complete the transport and to meet the service requirements from our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • The complete process of order acceptance, combined with administrative activities
  • Act as an intermediary to our customers
  • Ensure that all customer agreements are defined and applied
  • Proactively solving problems that could lead to customer dissatisfaction
  • Ensure that transport planners are aware of the orders taken
  • Collaborate with the operational and sales teams

 

Your profile 
  • Have a bit of work experience in a customer service role preferably in logistics
  • Have strong communication skills and you are a real team player
  • You are a precise worker
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Have very good working knowledge of English and Dutch language
