Financial Systems Support

key Responsibilities

• Support, including problem analysis and solving, to internal and external users of the haulier web portal
• Support users of the account, invoicing, purchase ordering, operational and reporting systems
• Support users (internal staff and external hauliers) of the Fr8Sense web portal system
• Creation of operational and financial accounts
• Daily clearance of interface error report entries
• Oversee error reports on a daily basis and liaise with users and the IT department in order to resolve errors
• Liaise with Credit Control team to ensure quick and accurate documentation for customer accounts
• Data quality management on the above systems, such as verifying bank details
• Review and maintain user access for Unit4
  
  
  

• Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a logical mindset, with an analytical focus
• Good knowledge of computer packages, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of Unit4 would be an advantage
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
