Logistics controller/desk clerk

key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with safety regulations before and after the loading process of outbound road transports.
• Checking trucks and (international) drivers before loading and checking load securing after loading 
• Giving instructions on safety regulations on the premises upon the driver's arrival
• Explaining the loading instructions
• Checking the presence and condition of materials
• Identifying problems and informing the Supervisor if a problem occurs.
• Registering checked vehicles.
• Suggesting solutions during load securing checks
• Preparing packing lists and CMRs
  
  

Your Profile

• As a Logistics Controller / desk clerk, you are accurate, customer-focused and have excellent communication and influencing skills
• VCA (or willing to obtain it)
• Have specific work experience in logistics 
• Have a good stress-resistance and flexibility (working hours are between: 6 a.m. and 9 p.m.)
• Good knowledge computers and smartphones   
• Have very good working knowledge of English and Dutch language
• In good physical condition
