Operations Manager

Your Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the daily operations. This role involves managing all transport orders, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of transport logistics, and a proven track record of managing complex transportation operations.

Your profile 

As Operations Manager you have strong communication and influencing skills, and the ability to liaise with people at all levels competently and professionally.

So you have:

Qualifications:

  • Degree in logistics, transportation management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in transportation, logistics, with direct contacts to the haulage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budget targets and analyse financial reports.
  • Comprehensive understanding of transport regulations and safety standards.
