Customer Service Clerk

Your role

As a Customer Service Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate information flow between our customers, internal teams and suppliers. Key responsibilities

You will play an active role in supporting the operational and administrative processes within Amsterdam office. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Process customer orders and ensure documentation accuracy.

  • Ensuring correct settlement of transport orders (actuals, costs).

  • Maintaining accurate and timely information flows between Customers, Operations, and external stakeholders.

  • Accurately processing data into internal Transport Management Systems and external platforms.

  • Checking accuracy and compliance of information received from customers and suppliers.

  • Respond to inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams for efficient and reliable process.

  • Acting in accordance with all Multimodal Solutions and DP World policies.

  • Reporting any concerns that could impact company wellbeing to your manager.

  • Performing any additional duties reasonably requested by your manager

Your profile
  • Good command of English language and another European languages

  • Experience in administrative and customer service tasks within logistics, transport or freight forwarding

  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems; strong organizational skills

  • Minimum secondary education; training in administration or logistics preferredD

  • etail-oriented; proactive; ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

  • Team player
