
As a Transport Administration Assistant, you will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of transport-related information. In this role, you contribute directly to a smooth administrative flow between customers, hauliers, Customer Service, operational departments, and other key stakeholders. Your core responsibility is to ensure that all customer and haulier information within our transport operations is checked, processed, and communicated accurately, enabling seamless coordination and efficient execution of daily activities.
Ensuring correct settlement of all transport orders and customs-related information
Maintaining accurate and timely information flows between Customers, Customer Service, Operations, and external stakeholders
Providing administrative and communication support to Customer Service Representatives
Accurately processing data into internal Transport Management Systems and external platforms
Checking accuracy and compliance of information received from customers and suppliers
Maintaining status files and keeping stakeholders updated on progress
Liaising with customers, customs departments, and agents (directly or via Customer Service)
Acting in accordance with all Multimodal Solutions and DP World policies
Reporting any concerns that could impact company wellbeing to your manager
Performing any additional duties reasonably requested by your manager
