Operations Administration Support

Your Role

As Operations Administration Support you handle the creation of RCN files, process all cost related haulage corrections and report towards the RCN Coordinator for major diversions of the normal process cost wise. In addition, you ensure that administrative tasks linked to the operational activity are correctly maintained and executed. These tasks are linked, but not limited to: chassis & fleet control, terminal agreements & cost recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation of new suppliers in Fr8 (internal system) according to POFM, calculations, updating Fuel surcharges;
• Weekly RCN process calculation and sending the process to hauliers;
• General maintenance of haulier’s documents according to expiry dates and checking pro-actively to avoid issues in planning;
• Dealing with general questions hauliers on payment process / terms / hold issues according to our web-portal – create follow up for new hauliers to ensure smooth process;
• Complete administrative tasks supporting the operations, such as: Chassis & Fleet control, Terminal agreements & Cost recovery.

Your Profile

• Educated to a minimum of MBO-level or equivalent (preferably in logistics)

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

• Good command of English language

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

• Customer orientated and have good topographical knowledge
