To accommodate the needs of Kraft Heinz, we set up a Control Tower in 2022 within our Larne office. This centralized command center serves as a coordination hub, facilitating seamless information exchanges between all parties involved in the supply chain. With real-time visibility, control, and collaboration across various supply chain stages, the control tower enables streamlined decision-making and efficient resource allocation.
